Photographer Howard Schatz has given Hollywood actors a shot at showing the audience their range. The ability to accurately depict any emotion on command -- or getting "in character" -- is the premise of acting.

Howard Schatz gave these actors three separate characters, and one chance to communicate each. He then photographed the actors while they were in character.
