Not enough laughter in your day? Maybe you should look for a Laughter Yoga club in your area.  The idea of Laughter Yoga started in India and is big in California and growing in other parts of the world. The Laughter Yoga Institute of Laguna Beach states that “Laughter Yoga is a practice integrating therapeutic laughter exercises and yoga breathing to enhance both the state of the mind and that of the physical body.” Laguna Beach is the epicenter for Laughter Yoga in the U.S., with more than 4,500 participants having attended sessions on the beach. According to Jeffrey Briar, the founder of the Laughter Yoga Institute of Laguna Beach, Laughter Yoga works because “ff you’re laughing with a group of other people, fake laughter very quickly becomes real.”
