This video is a clever April Fool's joke about car alarm systems. The fake Honda Anti-Theft Negotiator named ‘TERII’ is a computer system that fights off car robbers with a number of comical strategies.
To identify the driver, TERII uses fingerprint technology to unlock the doors. If a robber tries to open the door, TERII doesn’t recognize the hand and asks the person to step away from the vehicle. The voice is projected from speakers that come from the wheel wells and even urge robbers to break into other cars. TERII even describes to car thiefs what will happen to them if they go to prison. The Honda Anti-Theft Negotiator can even locate the robber’s house by reading information off their phone in their pocket.
If only this invention wasn't an April Fool's joke...
