These Homemade Ice Coffees are Made with White Chocolate

These homemade ice coffee beverages will having you longing for hot summer days thanks to their tropical and rich flavors. Made with coconut and white chocolate, these coffees are perfect for a sweet tooth craving and as a morning pick-me-up.

While coconut and coffee are a lesser known pairing, the two flavors go so well together to create an aromatic combination that is simply irresistible. To begin this beverage, start by making a coconut ice cream from scratch with coconut milk, sugar, desiccated coconut and vanilla. While the mixture is freezing, begin to make the ice coffee with brewed coffee, whole milk (or a dairy-free substitute) and more desiccated coconut. Once the ice cream has set, add two scoops over top of the coffee and garnish with white chocolate shavings. As the ice cream melts it turns the coffee beverage white and leaves a decade coconut flavor.
