Michael Arenella recently held a musical event on Governor’s Island to celebrate the history of jazz. While music festivals have become extremely popular in recent years, these events rarely include music from the 1920s. Each year the 'Jazz Age Lawn Party' provides an opportunity for jazz fans to indulge in the glamour of the 1920s.

For two weeks every summer, Governor's Island is transformed into a different era. The music festival celebrates the history of jazz with live performances, lavish costumes and energetic dancing. The outdoor party gives jazz fans an opportunity to experience the style and glamour of the 1920s by immersing themselves in the event. As Arenella explains, "people in this current age crave real experiences, and that's what gatherings like my Jazz Age Lawn Party offer."

Unlike other music festivals, the Jazz Age Lawn Party caters to consumers who appreciate the music and lifestyle of days gone by.
