Muddy Fashion Faces in Chadwick Tyler's 'Tiberius' Exhibition

This beautiful black and white photo series shot by Chadwick Tyler has 52 gorgeous models posing in a small, dirty space and although looking sad and homeless, the images oddly capture a rare sense of beauty.

Chadwick Tyler is a brilliant New York City-based fashion photographer who has been working for the best fashion magazines in the business, like Nylon, V, Tank, Elle and Exit to name a few. Now he has compiled this series of literally ‘dirty’ images for his first solo exhibition, Tiberius, which will be on display at the Honey Space in New York.

Tyler is known for his intimate photographic style where fashion models are portrayed not as perfect human beings, but more as “imperfect subjects caught in the gaze of their own self-discovery” as described by Dazed Digital.

The artist’s work is always centered around a girl and there are 52 of them in this photographic fashion selection, including Karlie Kloss, Maggie Rizer and Lekeliene Stange.

The show is on from February 10 till March 12, 2009.
