I am still befuddled by Hersey’s ridiculous decision to sell their product in drug ‘wrap’ style packaging so decided to investigate further… Drugs are almost becoming cool again - and even worse totally acceptable and considered the ‘norm’. As Jeremy commented astutely on the Hersey’s trend “
” He has, as always, a very valid point. Here are the highs, or should I say lows, of drug related trends; Hershey’s Coke Wraps I failed to believe that, as Jim M commented, “
” Drugs are so entrenched in today’s society I don’t think Hershey’s would employ people whose fingers were so far off the pulse this would have slipped by.
An odd one this as I am not sure what they are comparing their data to. Surely not all the countries in the World (205) could be arsed to check their banknotes, so the sample sizes is out for a start. Personally I have also heard claims reported that it is Ireland where the most coke is found on cash. I don’t know who wanted the US to have this ‘claim to fame’ but i am pretty sure some pretty simple statistic massaging could mean a lot more countries could also take this dubious crown.
I am still pretty sure this was much ado about nothing with a case of Chinese whispers inventing the Candy flavoured coke.

Soft drink brands go where Benetton say they feared to tread. My problem with this again is the name / drug association was very very effective in marketing the drink and if they did not withdraw it from market it would have sold like hot cakes.
Two weeks ago we covered the launch of the Cocaine Energy Drink. Now, it’s all falling into place as the drink is becoming headline news with top tier politicians upset with the brand name. This is even
