Mexican architectural firm Rojkind Arquitectos is set to begin construction on a new development of condos in Monterrey, Mexico that will feature rooftop lawns and custom designer interiors. High Park by Rojkind Arquitectos stands eight stories tall and should be one of the city's most sought-after new addresses.
What makes me think that people will flock to High Park? Nothing, except for the fact that each level features a small lawn or communal patio area. Oh, and each of the 32 apartments has been designed by one of six local designers, ensuring that the difference between your neighbor's place and your own is greater than just the magnets on the fridge and the color scheme of your furniture.
