These are known as High Tide Heels and are both disgusting and cool at the same times. Ones for hardcore fashion fans only. These beasts are said “combine the elegance of stiletto heels with the swimming speed of flippers”. That was clearly a lie by someone.

These shoes were originally created in 20606 by the Belgian artist Paul Schietekat. At this time they remain an art piece not comercially available shoe.
