Though the Heal app uses complex healthcare analytics and organizational algorithms to provide patients with medical services, it ultimately revives a system that had at one time been considered outdated.

House calls were once common for doctors, but the increased demand as populations and medical care options grew made the clearly superior service of house calls impractical. Now, with the advent of precise and clever algorithms along the lines of Uber's driver ordering, Heal is able to once again provide doctors for house calls in a feasible fashion.

The doctors available through the Heal app are fully accredited, of course, and they are available from 8am to 8pm every day of the week (holidays included.) Patients have the option to book a house call on demand within a two hour window or to schedule a house call in advance.
