Harry Potter Trio Vow to Complete Filming
[Edit]
Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley), and Emma Watson (Hermione Granger), have agreed to complete filming the last two Harry Potter movies, squelching world-wide rumors to the contrary. The rumor-mill alluded to the trio being too old for the series and that Emma was going to throw in the towel in lieu of a better adult career path. Emma said that she is “excited and honoured to be finishing what I started and playing Hermoine in all seven of the films.”
The fifth film in the series, Order of the Phoenix, will be released in July, 2007, coinciding with the release of J. K. Rowling’s seventh and final book, Deathly Hallows.
I enjoy reading the books, but when “Deathly Hallows” is released this summer, I will be buying the audio version, as on the Richter scale of reading most of Rowling’s Harry Potter books exceed Flesch-Kincaid Grade Levels and I can’t see myself on the beach with a 500-page novel, a dictionary, and a 10-year-old smart a*s interpreter.
