I’m automatically a fan of anything Veuve Clicquot, so the news alone of the Veuve Clicquot Bar and Boutique that is being built in Harrods merits a trip to London. Every Veuve Clicquot cuvée will be available by the bottle as well as by the glass, which means you can enjoy a single sparkling glass of La Grande Dame to unwind from a day of shopping at Harrods. The Veuve Clicquot Bar and Boutique will be the first Champagne bar to open in a UK department store, according to Veuve Clicquot. It will have a limited menu of luxury nibbles with which to drink your Champagne.  Customers can also pair their favourite Champagne with a selection of dishes from the À la carte menu. Dishes include Ceviche of cured salmon with bitter orange, red onion and lime; Salad of grilled asparagus and marinated shitake mushrooms with a Miso vinaigrette, edamame and daikon sprouts and raspberry macaroon, made with vanilla mousseline and homemade raspberry jam.
