More people might bother to own a paper shredder if the HandiShred by Yen Lau was on the market. The A'Design Award and Competition winner is a proposal for a remarkably tiny document-destroying device that won't take up valuable space on your desk or your office floor.
At just 15 centimeters long and under 4.5 centimeters in width, the cylindrical apparatus is certainly small enough to fit into a workstation drawer. It doesn't matter that most of the pages that you would be tearing up are larger than the slot in the this little invention since you can simply fold any sheet to fit it inside.
Just double your documents over and feed them through one end of the HandiShred by Yen Lau. A twist to the tips of the gadget will slice your paper into tons of slender strips.
