In place of setting up a full haunted house for people to visit at the end of October, gummy bear maker Haribo put together a Halloween door that Londoners in Victoria station could knock on.

The 'Trick-or-Treat Door' stands more than three meters high, inviting people passing by to knock and see what's on the other sideā€”if they dare. The brave will find that once the door creaks open, they will be able to grab a sampling of sweet treats from the candy brand's Halloween assortment.

As a Halloween promotion, this could work just about anywhere in the world for a number of brands beyond the food industry, especially since the other side of the door could contain a scary trick, a surprising treat or something else entirely.
