Finding green space in Vietnam when it comes to the cities is near impossible, and Vo Trong Nghia Architects is trying to fix this with a new project in Ho Chi Minh City.

The firm has made a space with giant planters used for trees, and visitors can walk around these elevated areas to come closer to nature. Without something like this, most residences of the city would never really have an area to go to get away from the hustle and bustle. Moreover, since the basins that the trees sit in are so big, this also helps to catch rainwater and reduce flooding in the area.

Having a space like this should be implemented in all cities, as a concrete jungle is only fun for so long.
