Anya Hindmarch’s “I’m Not A Plastic Bag” (used to tote home groceries, as well as send the message to others to skip the plastic bags) has become the hip way to announce the world that you care about the environment. Unfortunately, in many US cites one can see fashionistas carrying the bags in one hand, while the other hand carries plenty of plastic shopping bags in the other. It’s more irony than some can take.
That must be what inspired marissa v. to make her own eco-friendly bag which reads: I’m NOT a smug twat.
Shaped just like Anya Hindmarch’s bag, with the same coloring & style, this bag also helps the environment—provided one actually uses it while shopping—and pokes fun at the fashionistas who just don’t get it.
