Stay in shape with the green fitness club. In Valdespino de Somoza, the countryside of Leon, Spain, this low-tech gym is all green.  The gym is called Lumen, created by Manuel de Arriba Ares. All of the exercise machines are recycled materials, made from a worn car batteries, tree branches, boots, rocks or concrete. If you want to do some excercises, there is an instruction sheet tied with each machine. The gym is free of charge.
