It’s winter in the year 2079, and the world is one big pool party. Bikinis and six-pack abs abound…because, well, thanks to global warming, there’s no such thing as winter, and summer is eternal. So goes a wicked-hot ad campaign created by LAVA Communications’ Steve Hirst, posted on the social networking site GoShout. The Australia-based campaign spoofs global warming by hyping its positive side – that people tend to hook up more when it’s warmer – and there are graphs and charts that appear to indicate that that’s probably true.
