A German man got himself in trouble with the law after flexing his artistic skills in an “art” form being referred to as glacier graffiti.

Jan Philip Scharbert was vacationing in New Zealand when he took decided to tag the ice face of Franz Josef Glacier with graffiti. The 28 year old used regular spray paint to do his works of art, an act the Munich man discovered isn’t appreciated by all. Police ended up making him clean his works with ice axes, which took him 1.5 days to do.
