The Giant LEGO Helicopter is Astonishingly Accurate

When many of us were children, we'd happily tear apart our Lego sets and create our own strange customs, but some of us kept at it, and became true professionals, like Ryan McNaught, creator of this giant Lego helicopter.

While it's an entire custom creation from the master builder, it's not a made up design. Rather, it's a faithful reproduction of an Erickson S-64 Air-Crane Helicopter.

Nicknamed 'The BricMan,' Mcnaught managed to create the helicopter in less than a month, and plans to present it at the upcoming Australian convention, Brickvention 2013. It just goes to show that you're never too old to break out the plastic bricks, and you can become a master of anything if you stick with it long enough.

Implications - Lego has a dedicated adult fan base of engineers that can be catered to. Stats for Toy-Inspired Helicopters Trending: Older & Average
