The Logitech G502 Proteus Core is a gaming mouse boasting highly advanced surface, weight and balance tuning as well as the world's first 12,000 DPI (dots per inch) sensor, claimed to be the world's most powerful and accurate sensor.
Gamers can shift between five DPI settings. Sensors can be calibrated to the physical and reflective properties of the surface on which the mouse rests for optimal performance. Gamers can even alter the mouse's weight and center of balance by placing or removing five 3.6-gram weights.
The cabled G502 Proteus Core mouse is equipped with a 32-bit ARM processor for unrivaled responsiveness. It can achieve mouse speeds of 300 inches per second and acceleration up to 40 G, which is unheard of in any other gaming mouse.
The mouse is expected to be available for around $79.99.
