Attached to the wooden sheet is a gigantic metallic cupcake wrapper that forms the seating compartment of the car. The vehicle is decorated with blue paint, brown fur, plastic cloth and technicolor balls to replicate the look of chocolate-flavored sprinkle cupcake. The driver even wears a icing hat to seamlessly blend into the cupcake car.
