Fun With Viruses - The Internet Explorer Worm Coming To a Computer Near You

Security Alert! Security Alert! The Grum-A worm is on the loose, disguised as an innocent-looking Microsoft beta download. (Does that sound suspicious in the slightest? I guess it depends on how you look at it.)
In any case, the latest virus being shared with unsuspecting email users is an .exe file claiming to be Internet Explorer 7.0
I imagine it’s pretty prevalent because I’ve received at least two emails claiming to be MS IE 7.0 beta downloads in the past 24 hours. So consider yourselves warned.
An email that appears to be an invitation from Microsoft to download the beta for Internet Explorer 7.0 contains a worm, security experts have warned.
The images contained in the email could lead the recipient to download ie7.0.exe if clicked on and this file contains a virus known as Grum-A.
