A sparkling full-body wine is the perfect beverage for the holiday season. Domaine Chandon's 'Sparkling Red' is an exclusive wine, rarely seen in the states. This wine is released every fall for people who enjoy a little splash of fun and adventure.

It's a Pinot Noir and Zinfandel blend, fermented with the skins that provide the flavor and full-body properties of a still wine. It then undergoes a second fermentation that brings out the bubble nature of the finished product. Sparkling reds usually originate from the Loire Valley, Germany and Australia, but this wine provides an independent Californian twist.

It has rich and palatable flavors of black cherry, sweet cranberry with hints of juniper berry and nutmeg. These properties deem this wine a perfect pairing for cranberry sauces and roasted turkey, along with ham and pork.
