Red Robin's Fudge Dessert is a Sweet Variant of French Fries

If you were to combine fries and a truffled fudge dessert (for whatever reason) naturally, you'd have chocolate french fries. This is exactly what restaurant chain Red Robin has done, except it is calling this genius combination "Chocolate Fruffles."

At their core, the Fruffles are soft chocolate fudge brownie bars that have been dipped in dark chocolate, then coated with French sea salt and sugar crystals. Taking inspiration from the way French fries are traditionally cut and served in a fast food setting, this sweet variation replaces ketchup with red raspberry dipping sauce and whipped cream. Delivered like a batch of thickly cut fries, this awesome hybrid treat satisfies those with a taste for all things sweet, salty and chocolate-dipped.
