What flavor of Häagen-Dazs ice cream goes with violin music while you are watching a live performance in bed? Häagen-Dazs had a two-day event called ‘Dolce Heavenly Concert’ in Tokyo and offered unlimited ice cream in lavish beds to concertgoers. Russian violinist Anastasia Chenotareva provided the live music while the audience cuddled, napped and nibbled on ice cream.
 "We tend to think people should sit up and listen somberly at a classical concert. We think it would be better if people can relax by lying on a bed and having tasty ice cream," said Izumi Kimura, a spokesperson of the organizer.
The concert was planned and sponsored by Haagen Dazs to promote their latest flavors aimed at young women seeking to de-stress.
