Shah, and Indian designer, co-created the concept witih Veneta Cucine, and Italian kitchen company. The kitchen is designed with features like biodegradable plastic trays.

I love the idea of the fridge-free kitchen. It forces us to eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables of the season, grains, and it ensures we keep our protein levels up with nuts instead of meat.

The iGreen Kitchen is environmentally friendly, not only because it eliminates the need to supply power for a fridge, but because it supports a vegetarian diet. To top it off, the iGreen kitchen would make home living incredibly easy on the wallet.
