‘Snog' by Rankin Captures Raw Intimacy
'Snog' features people of all ages and sexes making out and French kissing each other. The photos feature minimal Photoshop or manipulation, keeping them raw and intimate.
Rankin is the creative mind that launched one of my favorite magazines, Dazed & Confused, back in 1991.
Implications - While talking about sex openly used to be taboo, the same cannot be said for modern-day affairs. The use of scandalous images is a popular draw for many consumers as the topic of sex becomes more open and discussed with more freedom. Companies can use this to their advantage by integrating a facet of sexuality into their advertisements or presentations of products.
