These athletic bodies in motion sculptures by Peter Jansen are like a series of stop motion photographs recreated in one figure. The collection is appropriately called “Human Motions” and the works are made mostly from polyamide, with select limited editions in bronze and bronze/chrome. The details are remarkable, in particular the hands and feet. Strangely, they make me feel slightly woozy.
