I’m sure you are well aware of the downturn in the US housing market and by downturn, I mean full-blown crisis. No one is buying which means no one is selling. The situation has led to an incredible buyer’s market. Home prices are being slashed and extras are being included. One trend is sellers including a car with the purchase of the house. Here are a few direct offers from Craigslist sellers that include a free car.
”I will purchase and include in the sale a BRAND NEW ‘08 CHEVY AVEO.”
”I will include a Mercedes Or Lexus for the buyer at closing.”
”Seller is offering BMWXI CAR FOR FULL PRICE OFFER!”
