In September, we posted about the rise of rented luxury”>the rise of rented luxury. Now, a new site, Fractional Life, brings all of the fractional luxuries together into one portal.

In my opinion, this trend will continue to evolve. Over the last year, we’ve already seen a number of posts about fractional luxury, including exotic car time shares and handbag rental”>handbag rentals. What’s next?

Assets up for fractional ownership include supercars, jets, yachts, property, residence clubs, condo-homes, vineyards, racehorses and even handbags. It's not too late to get your loved one that Gulfstream for the holidays! (psfk)
