This Ciao Bella Dessert Combines the Floral Flavors of Hibiscus with Pear

In this frozen treat from Ciao Bella, the rich, buttery and slightly tart taste of a Bartlett Pear is combined with the exotic floral flavors of the red hibiscus flower. The result is a sorbet that's just as vibrant as is it flavorful.

The ingredient list on this sorbet is incredibly simple. Beyond using pear puree and a hibiscus concentrate, the remaining ingredients only include: pectin, water, lemon for additional tartness and cane juice as a sweetener. As a whole, the dessert is fat-free, dairy-free and gluten-free. Aside from eating it by the bucket, Ciao Bella suggests that the Bartlett Pear & Red Hibiscus Sorbetto can also be enjoyed as an addition to a carbonated beverage.
