Everyone’s favorite pocket-friendly camcorder just got even smaller. The Flip Mino is 40% smaller than its ubiquitous predecessor, the Flip Ultra, measuring a tiny 4” x 2” x 0.6” and weighing about 3.3 ounces.

Thankfully, Mino maintains the simplicity and intuitive operation that made Flip so popular, yet sprinkles a few much appreciated upgrades that are sure to win over even more people, from children to grandparents. The ultra portable video camera packs 2GB of internal storage that holds an hour of footage, a sealed rechargeable Li-ion (compared to Ultra’s AAs), 1.5-inch anti-glare screen, touch-sensitive buttons (an upgrade from Ultra’s push buttons) and a TV output to enjoy your creations on your TV before you upload them to YouTube. 

Speaking of uploading, Mino features built-in software that enables publishing videos instantly on popular video sharing sites like YouTube, MySpace, and AOL from both PCs and Macs.

Mino is available June 5 in both white and black with the 60 minutes model selling for $180.
