The 'La Doppia Natura' editorial in the Flair Magazine April 2014 issue explores the duality between man and nature. Elizabeth Erm, styled by fashion editor Sissy Vian, wears earthy-toned, hippie-friendly fashions by designers such as Dolce and Gabanna and Valentino. She was accessorized in flashy statement jewelry, from bib necklaces to serpentine cuffs.
Between shots of Erm in textured robes, embroidered skirts and ornamented caftans (shot by Sean and Seng,) are black and white photographs of strange objects; for instance, a pewter fish sculpture and a circle of flies. In fact, these images lend the spread a sense of occult mystery. It is almost as if to suggest there is an element of witchy mysticism behind Mother Nature herself.
Erm's soft makeup and hair was courtesy of artist Petros Petrohilos and stylist Mark Hampton.
