Salt Baked Branzino is an awesome fish recipe that may even convert the most reluctant fish fan. Though perhaps this recipe isn't the most eye opening considering it involves a whole fish, it's definitely the tastiest and the easiest to prepare.

Stuffed with lemon, thyme and baked in a crust of salt, you really can't go wrong with the flavors; what you end up with is a simple, pure delicacy that brings out the fresh and salted flavors of this European sea bass. The lemon blends with the salt and makes the filet an extra tender main to pair with oven-baked potatoes and salad.

For this recipe, you'll need two whole branzino, a three-pound box of kosher salt, eight egg whites, one lemon and thyme.
