The rise of foodie culture has many consumers seeking out ways to make delicious, artisanal food from home, which is something the 'Fire UP!' Fire Lighter enables.

Intended to work with charcoal barbecues, the 'Fire UP!' lighter uses electricity and kindling instead of gas and/or lighter fluid to get the coals fired up. The device is filled with some wood chips then placed in the center of the barbecue under the pile of coals. In a matter of minutes, the 'Fire UP!' device will allow users to have a hot barbecue without having to have used a drop of lighter fluid.

The use of electricity instead of lighter fluid in a barbecue allows food to taste better and have less chemicals stick to it during the cooking process.
