Can I say “finger popping?” Well, I just did, because this article is about a new way to make music. ‘Jam’ comes from a team at the Domus Academy, where the design concept challenge was to come up with a new way to make music that would be intuitive. That means no music, no lessons and no skills are needed to change movement to music. ‘Jam’ does just that by using touch-sensitive finger taps to turn fidgety finger-tapping into actual music.  The central hub records and wirelessly links Jam together, while the touch sensitive finger-taps store and play sound clips. It goes further by allowing changes in pitch by vertically dragging it on a surface and regulating the volume with the force applied to each tap.
