In fact, they push it even ‘harder’ than that in their commercial…

Who knew that finance recruiting could get so naughty?  But then, I guess derivatives trading isn’t really a career that attracts a lot of women, so this is a nice bait and switch for all the traders that get so easily attracted to this ad.
