Optiver, a financial derivatives trading company, has launched a recruiting campaign that’s pretty intense with T&A.  As if that wasn’t extreme enough, their ‘pitch’ is that a career at their firm will allow you to become as successful as your peers, without losing your ‘lust for life’… In fact, they push it even ‘harder’ than that in their commercial…

Who knew that finance recruiting could get so naughty?  But then, I guess derivatives trading isn’t really a career that attracts a lot of women, so this is a nice bait and switch for all the traders that get so easily attracted to this ad.
