Palatable Pictures by Belly Kids offers consumers an unconventional way to relive their favorite scenes from cult classic movies in a series of film books that invite the reader to use their sense of smell. The pages feature scratch and sniff technology that allows the reader to be fully immersed in a two dimensional version of the scene as it creates a three dimensional sensory experience using smell.

A large part of many famous films is the element of smell and food which the Palatable Picture books capture effortlessly in its line of scratch and sniff novels. Currently there are 11 scenes for readers to experience, each created by a different artist. The illustrations that capture the aesthetic and plot of the film, with elements of scent integrated into the page. For example, the Stand by Me pie eating scene illustration features scents of desserts.
