Few keep their new year's resolutions, including fictional characters, as evidenced by the Super Precious Gallery's new art show depicting famous character's new years resolutions. Each artist involved was asked to imagine the resolution of a favorite fictional character, then depict it in visual form.

There's an added layer of humor that comes with the knowledge of each character, how each resolution affects them and how most of them likely did not manage to keep it. Serving as sort of an inside joke for audience members, the pop culture references add edge to an already genius concept.

The show will be on display until January 30th in Somerville, Massachusetts. If you won't be able to make it in, prints of each piece of art are available on the gallery's website.
