Mobiles are a brilliant way to add an artistic flair to any space. Moving dynamic art has now been turned into the Fall game by students of industrial design at the University of Montreal. The Fall game provides pieces that can be combined to create different mobiles, all with an autumnal theme. Balance skills superior to even the best Jenga player would come in handy here, since every addition changes the weight distribution. The Fall game is constructed from maple, and was designed as a toy for teenagers. Photos courtesy of Felix Martin, Audrey Meunier, and Samuel Bernier, the student artists behind the Fall design.  The goal is to use all the pieces in the bag to build a balanced mobile with horizontal branches. Each piece added to the mobile makes it more difficult to balance. If the mobile falls before the 24 branches and 8 leaves are placed, the game re-starts from the beginning. Communication is very important to succeed in building a Fâll.
