“Snuggies scare me, but I will Photoshop my head on one,” is the sentiment of a well-known fashionable entrepreneur on the creepy blanket-with-sleeves that just won’t go away. Another blogger has started recording Snuggie sightings in public places.

The freaky fleece fabric has taken the blogosphere by storm. Parody commercials are rampant on YouTube and bloggers are reaching out and comparing the Snuggie to horse blankets and robes worn by Trekkies and Franciscan monks. The informercial smash product is seemingly everywhere. But do you know anyone who owns one?

Am I the only one afraid of the cult coloured snuggies? I doubt it. These snuggies are about the scariest thing I’ve ever seen. But I like that they help all of the people who are too lazy to reach outside of their blanket. AND, they are perfect for sporting events. Go Snuggies! (snuggiesightings)
