Stitching together facial parts like eyes and lips has been touched on before, but the whole concept is so radical, it just had have a trend of its own.

Sewing is more of a ritual than other forms of body modification, and is one of the most extreme practices. Visually, the lip and eye sewing truly does look AMAZING - as shown in the black and white image.
