Luis Antonio Aguero Torregosa from La Habana, Cuba is known in his hometown as the Piercing King because he has over 300 cosmetic holes in his face and countless other piercings all over his body.

As we can see from the pictures, Torregosa’s entire face (with the notable exception of his upper lip) is covered with loops of various sizes as well as metal rods.

When we talk about extreme body piercings and modifications, this man must be included in the conversation. I am in excruciating pain right now just from looking at his pictures.

Ouch! I can see he took care of the eating part by leaving his upper lip alone but how does he wash his face? He probably doesn't!
