Atelier Biagetti's experimental furniture collection pays homage to the brand's hometown of Milan during Milan Design Week 2014. Laura Baldassari helped create the collection of experimental furniture and lighting called Bonjour Milàn.

The collection of handmade pieces combines a variety of contrasting concepts like mixing old and new, archeology and space debris and sophisticated equipment with geographical cross sections.

The collection utilizes a combination of materials, some discarded and mixed to conceal and reveal parts of each piece. Though these pieces may look like they're too complex for everyday purposes, they're actually quite simple to use and may pave the way for more experimental furniture in the future. The brand defies the idea of function over aesthetic by creating beautiful pieces that can be easily maneuvered and displayed in the home.
