The Etiquette Checker from TopMan is a pricey but nifty little gadget. To use the device, the subject simply breathes into the tester and reads the digital results on the LCD screen.

The appeal of your breath is ranked good to bad from 1-6, while the blood alcohol level is measured in 0.5 increments.

On a functional note, the Etiquette Checker can be useful during a night at the bar or pub, when potential drivers can check whether they are over or under the legal blood alcohol limit before driving home.
