UK-Based Esports Tournaments

ESL Premiership Will Host Its First Apex Legends Tournament

ESL FACEIT Group has announced the company’s first ESL Apex Legends Premiership Tournament. The tournament will recruit tech and gaming giants Logitech and Intel as sponsors. The ESL Premiership, which has been active since 2015, serves as the main local CS:GO league for the UK and Ireland regions and also hosts championships for League of Legends: Wild Rift and VALORANT.

The Apex Legends tournament will commence on November 9, 2022, with open qualifiers. 20 teams from this event will advance to the league, and finals will be held from December 13-15. The tournament marks the first official Apex Legends tournament run by the ESL Premiership. The prize pool for the ESL Apex Legends Premiership competition is $5,000, and registrations are open on the event’s website.
