There is definitely an urban edge to the Esher Vase that makes you think of graffiti art before learning that it was actually inspired by the designer's favorite Berlin graffiti artist of the same name. Simple yet dynamic, the bold lines really make it look as though it has just been spray painted on a wall. Considering that it does have a two-dimensional feel to it, if there were no flowers placed in the Esher Vase, you may actually believe for awhile that it is drawn on a wall.
Designed by Michael Nitschke, the Esher Vase also evokes a sense of airiness, thanks to the cutout concept that leaves a gaping hole in its center. Made out of anodized aluminum, the Esher Vase is available in black, silver, blue and green.
