Dutch architect Erick van Egeraat has won the rights to design a new waste-to-power incineration line in Roskilde, Denmark. He is not only planning to make an incredibly efficient plant which will "process 260,000 to 350,000 tons of waste per year (and) generate enough electricity for 60,000 households," but also a monument which will illuminate the night while providing aesthetic inspiration to cities.

Now all we have to do is wait for 2013, when this amazing plant by Erick Van Egeraat will hopefully be finished and functioning. Stats for Church-Like Incinerators Trending: Older & Mild
