Mind the sun !!!!!

The cancer! although long known about this type of cancer that may be filed by excessive bronzed and much more when you do not have any protection, the trend is “finally” paying attention to this issue in recent times has grown in numbers of affected!

The obvious? big hats (that are also beautiful and elegant when it comes to the beach), layers of giant sunscreen, complete swimsuites (also the trend in fashion towards the 50’s), clothing for the beach.

It seems that the number one enemy of the people at the time of going to the beach is the sun with their malicious UVA and UVB rays!

The sun is actually quite good for you, it's the best source of Vitamin D. Not even milk can provide vitamin D in the way the sun does. Here in the states, vitamin D deficiency is alarming high in children. I honestly think the reason melanoma runs high is because in industrialized countries, we spend too much time indoors (along with poor dietary habits). When we choose to finally get our butt's outside, we over do it and get sunburned which heightens the risk of melanoma.
